With nitrocellulose lacquer, whitish milky surfaces can occur at high temperatures and high humidity (e.g. on sultry summer days). Don't panic, these will disappear after another layer.

Used this just when the weather changed and started raining outside and the 4 coat has resulted in the white marks all over the neck. I have spayed again and still mor white marks but will bring it inside to see if the warmer weather helps. However the "Brown" part I was hoping for has not really came through while using the super fine spray nozzle white (Fine). Will have to refinish the whole neck maybe with stain before this one......
